In April, 2010 the Garden Deck was built used recycled lumber from an RV Park in Felton.
The lumber was laid out, screws removed, and then sanded and stained to last longer.
The deck is attached to the Greenhouse frame which is bolted into cement piers.
The framing beams were leveled off and attached to cement piers.
Before the deck was added, a drainage tube was placed underneath the greenhouse with filter fabric and gravel. This not only drains away water from inside the greenhouse, but helps drain water from underneath the deck since gutters are not on the greenhouse roof.
