Lavender Drying

On Monday at 6:30 a.m. I was inspired to start cutting the lavender to dry in our new flower and herb drying shed (aka new chicken coop). I cut up a bunch of old wood ladders to frame the ceiling to be able to hang the flowers to air dry. Lots more to cut and I prefer to do it in the morning before it gets hot!

Drying Shed – Almost done!
