Our vintage gate got a new handle on Sunday.  When it was purchased off craigslist, it had a dead bolt lock with no key. We kept it closed for years with a bungie chord.

When we contacted Jordan Booth for welding projects, he suggested that we just replace the dead bolt with a new handle.  He said he could weld on a latch box and paint it black to match. Great idea!

Our gate now closes and functions beautifully!
