Cement Countertops

This weekend we added the cement. We used 16 80lb bags of Quikrete Countertop Cement and fiberglass.

John explained the steps, let it dry for 3 days before removing the sides, let it sit for 30 days, sand and grind, add a slurry mix on the top to cover any bubble holes, sand again, stain, seal, and wax.  It’s a long process, but it’ll be worth it.
